Rudd has made some abysmal mistakes, but he seems to be trying to get on track, especially with the new resources tax. It's predicted that he'll be returned, but replaced within a year by Julia Gillard. Those who are complaining most about the new tax are the billionaires. He is also going to curtail the number of foreign workers coming into the country and utilise more unemployed Australians. Not a bad idea and one which will appeal to quite a few.
