I went to 2 shopping centers today in East Melbourne and
in both there was no parking left.
The roads were jammed with cars.

That's how it started in Melbourne and then went to 20,000 infections.

I doubt that will happen. Gladys is streets ahead of Comrade Dan.

Covid-19 - the future?

A mutant form of Covid-19 might kill 50% of all people who get it.
Other viruses like Ebola already kill more than that.
Covid-19 now is only killing between 0.5% and 2% of those who get it.
That is so mild compared to many other viruses
and the great plagues in the last few 1000s of years.

In some ways we're lucky right now.
It could have been a lot worse but we
still don't know what the future holds?

Dan is totally untrustworthy. He is 1984 come to life.

I like Gladys

We never stopped using masks in Melbourne.
We still need them in the supermarkets etc.
