Can't say I disagree with halving the flights. I'd stop them altogether. NSW is taking more than half with most from India. Many of these people have Australian citizenship but choose to live mostly in their own stinking holes. If they haven't been able to get back by now stuff them.

Paul Kelly did say recently that 7 days of home quarantine for someone fully vaccinated could deliver similar risk to someone in 14 days of hotel quarantine.
However he originally said before then, that the risk was far less in home quarantine, as
persons in home quarantine would not be in close contact with any persons such
as hotel staff and guards....
Why not just tell everyone returning home from overseas that they must be fully
vaccinated before they get on the plane..and not have to quarantine when they
arrive in Australia...
Oh...sorry I forgot....the vaccine doesnt work does it...
