Valentine's Day 2022

We celebrated it yesterday because it was a Sunday (easier for the family to sort out). Monday's are the busiest days for us.

Well what did we do? We kept it simple by having a family bbq plus we bought small presents for each other.

I got him a book plus a card.

I got a card with this (tacky) mug from him lol. Inside the mug were all these scratchies so that meant all the kids had some fun scratching to see if there was any money to be won. I think I won $10 plus $2 all up.

Anyway after we cleaned up everything we had some board games.

I then watered front n back gardens and hubby washed the cars.

A quick/easy dinner ( cheese pasties ) followed and it was time for showering and off to bed.

Valentine's Day 2022 - done. Our way.

That sounds good.

We had our Valentines 'Sunday' with a bike ride.
Lovely Wife did her volunteer work at the RSPCA, came home to flowers and a happy husband.
I had done some packing for a trip and wood engraving as a gift.
Today (Valentines Day), She gave me chocolates and we had a valentines Monday yoga.

Was nice. We have had a few troubled times recently.

We'll organise something nice and you 2 OzPol/PA posters can finally meet my hubby. I already know you'll get on well with him (you 3 put up with me quite well so that's something you have in common lol)
