The architect of Australia's 2017 foreign policy white paper urged that due to the rapidly changing nature of our geopolitical affairs, another white paper should be drafted shortly, and stressed this again when covid19 and a global recession hit which involved Australia in 2020.

However it would seem both Liberal and Labors federal candidates rested on their laurels, preferring to focus on their federal election campaigns and our hurting economy instead. I can understand why Morrison placed it on the backburner, however Albanese's had enough time to produce one since being elected Australia's Prime Minister.
I think Albanese thought he had China eating out of his hand, and underestimated an old friend of his, the enduring ACP and more concerningly, the CCP, ( Chinese Communist Party) which is now believed to have infiltrated and compromised multilateral foreign relations in Indonesia, Solomon Islands and beyond, and I am certain Australia's Red arm of Australia's own Left political party's are oblivious to the sinister manner in which they operate by stealth, influencing others to impose their oily policies.
Perhaps even our far right party's too, because both far Left and far right extremists ideology are vulnerable to this sort of infiltration, particularly when it involves party donations or individual candidates sponsorship.
I believe Albanese's generosity towards both Indonesia ( football team) and now Solomon Islands $190 mil towards strengthening indo-pacific relations and security has come far too late.
The question on my mind of course is whether or not Albanese's procrastination was intentional, perhaps he didn't want anyone overseeing his current or lack- of process which might arouse suspicion, concern with respect to his own allegence to his own nation.
The Australian Communist party is not some historical boogeyman , "reds under the beds" that lacks any influence or power in modern Australia, contrary to what many on the Left insist.
The ACP and ACP are alive and well, and are influencing many people from all walks of life on-line and off-line right around the world. Still! The Cold War never ended, it just waited patiently.
I was reading their ( Australian Communist Party) revised policies myself last night and honestly, if I were 20 years younger, or not as familiar with their tretcherous process as I am, I myself might be inclined to fall for their ideology which is all fluff.
Particularly when it involves increasing public housing and ensuring public health and education is made a national priority.
I think Albo's suddenly realised that Australians , particularly the politically educated are going to ask him when he last revised the 2017 foreign policy white paper.
When it's becoming clear, he's panicking, and thinks tossing our neighbours millions of dollars will justify him not having looked at it since it was written, back in 2017 if indeed he's even read it at all. Albanese's very similar to Biden, in that he often appears as though someone else behind the scenes is leading the party, as though he's reading from a script.
And whenever he doesn't, he puts his foot in his mouth or makes a mess of himself then retreats for a while until the dust settles.
Our journalists are either Left, Lazy or Lost.
What happened to us?
We went from a nation of "get-up-an-goers" who spoke their minds, into a muted population of woke sloths, who care more about their Facebook home pages than the critical situation within our own governments department of Home Affairs.
The Chinese Communist Party are infiltrating our neighbours, those who we consider our friends and neighbours right under our very noses so we toss them $190 million along with a football team and hope it goes away?
They consider AUKUS a joke, and unfortunately, the jokes on us for having dropped the ball and not delivered a Foreign Policy White Paper since 2017.
Albo the dickhead or Albo the ACP + CCP traitor?
I think a combination of both, coupled with an ego that doesn't match what's floating around in his cavernous skull.
Does old Rupert know how important this foreign policy paper is, or is he too busy being ****** by China himself, and to the despair of his offspring?
Australia's Sovereignty is at stake.

If any of you think I'm being overly dramatic, do some research into the CCP infiltration of the Solomon Islands.
It begs the question, should we have just handed them $190M??
