The wedding menu that put 80 guests in hospital and
left more than 100 people vomiting is revealed -

as one attendee says men and women were given different food, but all ended up sick.

An image of  the menu revealed guests were served an appetizer featuring wild mushroom
with goat cheese and tomato coulis as well as beet carpaccio with mango, pico de gallo.

While she is not sure which of the meals made her sick,
she remembers the wild mushrooms had the aftertaste of a 'very strong chemical'.
She recalls the same smell after she was sick.

A guest at a wedding reception revealed the four-course menus that left more than 100 invitees terribly ill, with 80 people being admitted to hospital.

Aranza Rodríguez attended the ceremony Saturday night in the central city of Cuernavaca, Mexico, and was rushed to a Red Cross hospital where she was treated for bacterial infection.

Rodríguez told Mexican newspaper Proceso that she was a guest of the groom, Fernando, whose wedding party started around 4pm with dinner set to be served at 6pm.

She recalled arriving to wedding venue between 8pm and 9pm and noticing that many of the guests were experiencing 'aggravated symptoms' that included headaches, stomach pain, vomit and diarrhea.

Despite the unsettling scene, Rodríguez placed her meal order and dined at about 10pm as ambulances started to arrive.

Have you ever tried eating Oilfish?"

It's incredibly one of the nicest tasting fish, very buttery and yummy. You can't believe fish can taste so good!
But warning: you should only have it in small quantities or it will give you an experience on the throne that makes Chili, Curry and most other laxative ingredients feel like a mediocre flush.

Mushroom lady trial -the jury is out now.

My opinion -

The judge seemed to be on Erin's side when he gave the jury advice.
He said something about how she wasn't on trial for lying -
she couldn't be convicted of murder for lying -
even though any jury member would see those lies as
an attempt to cover up the crime.
If the jury follows that advice then Erin might walk free.

I've been mushrooming myself and believe me more than
90% of what I picked went into the rubbish bin.
Even all those Apps on the web can't 100% identify any mushroom.
Any mushroom near a tree with white gills is too suspicious to eat.
Was she asked any questions along those lines?

Even field mushrooms can look OK but with the poisonous yellow stainers -
you rub your thumbnail across the cap and if it leaves a yellow stain – don't eat it.

She should have known what death caps looked like.

I have had a bit of experience watching court cases and
the intelligence of the person on trial always came up and
was mentioned by the magistrate.
I seemed to me that the more intelligent someone was the more severe the sentence.
Since Erin was in a high IQ air traffic control job – ATC – it will count against her.
Not only that but ATC is all about public safety.
