Pictures have been published on a prominent Tea Party candidate in a Nazi uniform. In New York another has come out a homophobe.

Like the Rolling Stone is an unbiased source

Seems like the leftwing nutter MoveOn.org and the like don't like their political ground being impinged upon so they attack the messenger rather than the message. You only have to look at the fruitloops that inhabit the democratic underground in the US to see how many unhinged they have within their ranks.

Shit, you only have to look at people like JM and Aussie to see how unhinged the left really are here.

There are some eccentrics in there, no doubt.

Any movement that has a woman who wants to ban masturbation and a man who e-mailed beastiality material is a WIDE tent.

Still, they are resonating with a large portion of the American people for a couple of reasons.

The US debt, which is out of control and did not produce the kind of economic rebound promised, this while tax payers bailed out financial institutions which are mostly now making huge profits but seemed to have learned nothing from their own failures, and lack of any coherent control of the border with Mexico.

Do not underestimate this movement, it is going to clobber the Democrats in this Mid Term, and force Obama to move to issues he does not want to address.

The Tea Party is a re-branding of the GOP away from George W Bush, who is nowhere to be seen ... not even his minions are visible this election season.
