I need to think up something for a lunch gathering on Monday. Instead of using bought bread I might try this easy focaccia.

I love Nagi. I've used a lot of her recipes over the years and her blueberry crumble cake is awesome. Her videos are short and to the point and she also cooks a lot of meals for charity.

I had a nice snack meal 2 nights ago:

Salmon rolled in flour, baby broccoli and a Blue Banner picked onion - my favorite.

Dinner 6 nights ago -
fettuccini carbonara and a big pork chop
with freshly ground black pepper. Yummy. :)

The local food court makes a nice Lamb Rogan Josh -
worth every penny:

Another perfect one from Nagi.

It has a huge margin for error, and yields the most incredibly succulent poached chicken that can be used for sandwiches, salads, pastas, pies, wraps, etc., etc., etc.

I'm going to make some of Nagi's cinnamon mini muffins tomorrow.
