I like lamb chops or as per above Coles "lamb rump steak".
Of course a leg of lamb is the best roast.

That was my dinner tonight - very nice -
bacon carbonara with garlic and freshly ground black pepper -
would that have been good enough for any of youse guys?

I just has a wonderful scotch fillet steak that was marinated in a plastic container
for 5 hours at room temperature with Bobby's secret recipe:
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic,
tablespoon of olive oil,
topped up with apple cider vinegar,
dash of Worcestershire sauce,
dash of soy sauce,
freshly ground black pepper.
Pinch of salt.
All turned over in the marinade once every hour.
It was tender and delicious.
