Greens succeed in banning Aussie flag on National Flag Day

Post by Black Orchid » Wed Sep 03, 2025 4:53 pm

BREAKING: The Greens have officially managed to get the Australian flag BANNED in Parliament.

Why? Because these anti-Australian hypocrites threatened to drape themselves in the Palestinian flag if @jacintanampijinpa wasn’t forced to take off her Aussie Flag (it's National Flag Day!).

Think about that. The Australian flag – the symbol of our country, our history, and our people – treated like an offensive “prop”.

But a Palestinian flag? That’s just fine with the Greens.

If they hate this country so much, maybe it’s time they packed their bags and moved to Gaza.

Stand tall, Senator Nampijinpa Price. Millions of Aussies are with you.

On National Flag Day, the Australian Senate became the stage for a disgraceful display. Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price was asked to remove her Australian flag after Greens Senator Nick McKim objected and demanded equal rights to raise the Palestinian flag inside the chamber.

The request was upheld by the Deputy President of the Senate. In the very heart of our democracy, on the day set aside to honour our nation’s flag, an elected Senator was told that the Australian flag had no place unless it was matched by the flag of a foreign cause.

This is more than a procedural squabble. It is a stark reminder of the contempt the Greens hold for the symbols that bind Australians together. Instead of unity, they push division. Instead of pride, they push shame.

Australians deserve better than to see their own flag treated as a bargaining chip in the Senate. National Flag Day should be a moment of respect for the values and sacrifices that the flag represents. The actions of McKim and the Greens are a betrayal of that principle.

The Australian flag belongs to the people of this country. No Senator should be silenced for flying it in our Parliament.

Bizarre! :mad :S

It's Australian National Flag Day for God's sake. Why in hell should the Palestinian flag be raised? Anywhere! All of this BS is just going to divide the country even more and create dissent and angst towards foreigners.
