BO and Tallo should give you a cooking challenge to test your mettle (or is that metal?). I'm sure you can be up to it, if you connect with your inner Ramsey (as I know you would swear a bit).

These are nice at the local shopping center food court -
homemade sausage roll and homemade quiche.
I think I'll go and have some now.

1 Fried duck breast. Ramsey use frypan and oven but I use frypan only about 10 minutes and my is better.
2 Miller's wife fish. Fish fried with lots of parsley, not more then 10 minutes.

Fresh salmon rolled in flour tonight with spuds and veges -
