984 Kbytes    136 pages long.

https://www.ag.gov.au/sites/default/fil ... l-2026.pdf

It shows retrospective law:

Labor’s ‘Hate Speech CENSORSHIP Bill’ applies to "conduct" that occurred BEFORE its commencement.

Labor wants to charge people for past speech & social media posts although speech was legal at the time.

This is truly insane

A retrospective law (or retroactive law) is a statute that applies to events or actions that occurred before the law was enacted, changing their legal status, rights, or obligations after the fact, which is generally disfavored for criminal matters but common in areas like taxation to address past transactions or clarify existing rules, though it can create uncertainty. While protections prevent criminalizing past acts or increasing penalties, civil retrospective laws often aim to validate decisions or protect revenue, sometimes applying from the date of a government announcement rather than the actual enactment.

Key Aspects of Retrospective Laws:

Definition: A law that changes the legal effect of past events, making something legal now that was illegal (or vice versa) or altering existing rights/obligations.
Criminal Law: Strong protections exist (like in Australia's Charter of Rights) to prevent people from being punished for acts that weren't crimes when committed, or from facing harsher penalties than existed at the time.

So - if you said 10 years ago that there were too many Darkies here
you could be sent to a Gulag for 15 years of hard labor.

I wonder where they'll construct the Gulags?

Looks like Albo is our communist dictator, dear leader now.

Will the Senate stop him? -

we are now about to have a communist dictatorship if they don't.

Albo would put -
John Curtin Australia's 14th Prime Minister from
October 1941 to July 1945 - Labor Party,

in jail for 15 years for having a White Australia policy.

You can't make this shit up.

John Curtin was Australia's 14th Prime Minister from
October 1941 to July 1945 - Labor Party.

Prime Minister John Curtin, while an international socialist opposing racial hatred, publicly defended Australia's "White Australia policy" during World War II, stating Australia, established by British people, would remain a white nation, fearing foreign aggression, though he later showed concern about its impact on allies like the Chinese, hinting at potential evolution. Curtin navigated tensions between his anti-racist ideals and national policy, recognizing the policy as a deeply ingrained national standard, but also acknowledging the need for goodwill with non-white nations, setting the stage for its eventual dismantling after his time.
Curtin's Stance During WWII
Public Defense: In December 1941, facing the threat from Japan, Curtin declared Australia would keep its "White Australia" standard, asserting it was a matter for Australians, not forced by invaders.
Racial Identity: He articulated a vision of Australia as a "white island in a vast coloured ocean," emphasizing its British heritage and racial distinctiveness for survival, a common sentiment of the era.

Albo will need many Gulags for all the prisoners:

The Gulag Archipelago

Arkhipelag GULAG) is a three-volume nonfiction series written between 1958 and 1968 by Russian writer Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, a Soviet dissident. It was first published in 1973 by the Parisian publisher YMCA-Press,[1][2] and it was translated into English and French the following year. It explores a vision of life in what is often known as the Gulag, the Soviet labour camp system. Solzhenitsyn constructed his highly detailed narrative from various sources including reports, interviews, statements, diaries, legal documents, and his own experience as a Gulag prisoner.

Sky News host Steve Price highlights how the United States Trump administration has given Labor a “slap” over its proposed hate speech laws.

“I note the Trump administration has given Labor a slap over the new laws themselves,” Mr Price said.

“Believing they could lead to deeply perverse outcomes.”

Summary

Liberal, National and Greens parties criticise bill that combines hate speech, gun control measures
Prime Minister Albanese calls for unity, more negotiation
Jewish council wants law passed despite shortcomings

SYDNEY, Jan 15 (Reuters) -

Hate speech and gun control laws proposed by the Australian government in the aftermath of the Bondi Beach mass shooting were criticised by conservative opposition and Greens parties on Thursday, putting in question whether they can pass.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has recalled Parliament from its summer break to sit next Monday and Tuesday with the hope that a combined bill that authorises a gun buyback and lowers the bar for hate speech prosecutions would be voted on.

Albo was going to try to take away all criticism of his crazy policies by
labelling people as racist etc and locking them up in Gulags for 15 years.

Example:
Anyone who doesn't like mass uncontrolled immigration
would have been locked up - that means millions of people in labor camps.

Albo is acting like a communist dictator -
his true colors have been revealed.
I think he's evil.
I hope he loses the next election and we never hear from him again.

The Governor General should sack him for trying to destroy democracy but she won't.

Albo and his band of immigration loving loons refuse to use the two most important words in all this.

RADICAL ISLAM!

Until they can admit the problem there is no solution or fix.

I notice the pro Palestine rabble are our protesting in Sydney again tonight. They should be met with water cannons.
