These results are due to ON's stance on immigration. The Libs need to get with the NO MORE immigration program. The ALP never will and will eventually go the way of the dodo.
Chalmers is going to budget for more immigrant labourers to build houses. Are Aussies incapable of building houses?

Why didn't Angus Taylor clearly state a new Liberal policy on immigration before the election?
He dropped the ball.
( or he was never serious about a new immigration policy? )

The Uniparty is part of a massive conspiracy to trick us
into believing there are 2 different parties:

The Wentworth Report
Semi-official admission by anti-democratic elite —
we never voted for high immigration:
Back in 1994, launching a book of essays, former prime minister Bob Hawke made the remarkably frank admission that immigration policy had effectively been a conspiracy by the political establishment against the Australian public.
Hawke agreed with one author’s observation that most voters wanted immigration reduced and that the parties had deliberately kept it out of public debate, saying there had indeed been
“an implicit pact between the major parties to implement broad policies on immigration that they know are not generally endorsed by the electorate” and that “they have done this by keeping the subject off the political agenda”

I think the Libs/Coalition are going to have to absorb ON and adopt many of their policies, especially those on immigration. Otherwise they'll be going the way of the Dodo too.
Plus they don't always get ON's preferences and they need to.

Angus appears to be disingenuous.
There is something about Liberal policy on immigration that he is not telling us.
We need immigration
but not mass uncontrolled immigration
of millions of people when there is
nowhere for them to live.
That's only one issue.
There is cost of living too.
Energy prices are skyrocketing along with food and groceries.

Angus Taylor needs to come clean with the electors -
he needs to confess about the secret deal to welcome millions
of immigrants from 3rd world crap hole countries which
has destroyed the fabric of our society.
He needs to repent in public - he needs to name names -
who was involved in the secret deals that usurped our democracy?
