They are also comparing their screeching sirens to church bells. Has anyone informed them that Australia is a Christian country at heart? If they want screeching speakers to be called to prayer they can move to a muslim country.In 2025 they made the same application and push and it was denied due to strong community objection but they keep doubling down and strong-arming until they get their way.

Many countries have banned these call to prayer loud speakers. Denmark being the latest. I hope we are sensible enough to do it as well.
