I was shocked and disappointed last election at how many seats ON was running in that were giving their preferences to the ALP.

I don't trust her.

It's really time consuming and frustrating trying to find out where all the preferences go. It should be transparent and readily available on EVERY party's website ... but it's not.

None of the how to vote cards for ANY party tell you where the preferences will go -
if you follow their selection.

What's the bet that 95 % of people don't even know because they never checked up on the web?
True - it's not even on all the websites.

Our electoral system is a disgusting, fraudulent farce.

It's extremely hard to find out where preferences go and in most cases it's impossible. I know because I waste time trying to find out every election.

It needs to be transparent. We need to demand it's transparent.

It's ripe for fraud.

he was a teacher at Uni. in Melbourne.
Back in the 1970s he was an engineer in Russia on $40 per month -
yes that's right $10 per week wages -
and one member of his family used to stand in line every day for 2 hours
to get a loaf of bread so his family had something to eat.
No butter to go with it - that was a bourgeois luxury item -
no jam either - just a piece of dry bread after a hard day's work.
Everyone had malnutrition.
It took him 10 years of working to get permission to leave Russia -
that way the communists said he was paying back the cost of his free education.

This is where we are headed under Albo's communism.

One sign is the massive bloated public service in Federal and State Govts. -
the highest per capita in the world -

people employed by the Govt. are in the "party" and so do better
than those in private industry.
We'll get more and more of them - public servants -
more laws - more regulation -
and less people actually producing anything
so the standard of living goes down.

Under Fidel, Cubans were living healthier and better lives than most Americans. Superb Health system. They lived on average longer than Americans. Of course, if you supported Fidel, you were looked after. If you didn't, well, escape to Florida was your only bet.
Of course, American propaganda always painted a different picture of empty food shops, Cubans going hungry. Thousands tortured in prisons etc.
