Nah, anyone can nominate, even boxy, freediver, AiA whomever, and if it appears that the majority want one of them to be Mod so be it. My own personal preference is that a Newby get the Mod Job, but hey, that is just my view. If PA wants boxy (for example) to do the Mod Job, he will get the nod from me.

I don't believe it's ever been tried before on PA.

And I think it falls in line with Aussie's Policy Platform and direction to reform this forum and make it fairer and more inclusive.

I am sure you have. Monk posted at his site that I promised him the Mod Job. That was, to be polite, as I was, very '"careless"" of him, and I told him so in open, and repeated what I had promised in the election campaign in open and also via PM to Monk during that campaign. Mantra saw what he said and has repeated it elsewhere. It suited her agenda.

Fact is.....noone has a rail's run.....noone has been promised anything.

I will hear what Members want, and I will act according to concensus. That is what I promised, in conjunction with a declared personal preference that the PA Original stranglehold be broken, and a Newby get the Mod Job.
