The problem with NSW is that it has become a mates' state as well as a bureaucratic nightmare. You can't do anything in NSW without having to go through 20 highly paid (and therefore highly financially draining) bureaucrats and a thousand fees/taxes. I'm amazed anyone has any savings in that State. It ought to call itself The Neglected State or The Still Asleep State. The kiwis would avoid it like the plague.
