Let's keep the posting and electing rules separate. At least one of them is clear.

That actually makes sense Hebe, but it woudl be nice to have a set of rules as clear as the guidelines are for the dismissing and electing od mods and admins and voting.

I have left people the option of altering the constitution. So far no-one has taken it up. If you can't come up with something better, don;t complain about my version.
